Warranty and Return
Please email us first if you would like return any product. Prior return authorisation is required for warranty or returns. Au-Range Duty Free is not held liable for any costs incurring by you in returning products to us for exchange. Postage and Handling fee must be paid in full by you before Au-Range resends the alternative products to you.
For faulty items:
A. If an item is defective as a manufacturers fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assessment.
If an item is identified as a manufacturer faulty item after assessment, there are two options for the customer:
• We will fully refund the purchase price, or
• We will provide a replacement.
B. If an item is assessed that is not faulty, Postage and Handling fee is required to pay to Au-Range Duty Free to resend your item back.
For changing mind or incorrect selection:
If you would like to return an item, because you changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
The item must be in re-saleable condition including that:
• It is in its original packaging, including instruction manuals and all accessories;
• It is unused and in its original condition.
Postage and handling fee is required to pay to Au-Range Duty Free by Paypal or bank deposit. Return address and return number will be provided when the postage and handling fee is received in full.
We will refund the purchase price within 7 working days after return item received and checked.
Au-Range Duty Free does not accept a refund, credit or exchange request for the following:
• If the returned item is damaged,
• If the returned item is not in resalable condition with original packing.
