Order under $49 for standard items wil incure a $10 delivery fee. Large items will incure a $20 delivery fee within Australia. 

We offer a free standard shipping Order over $49 within Australia. 

For the international shipping will incure a $25. Large items will incure a $45 delivery fee.

Item/s will be dispatched from Sydney, within 1 to 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after full payment has been received by Au-Range Duty Free as cleared funds. Exceptions apply for pre-sale/pre-order items, where delivery times will be indicated in item description.

For item/s which include free standard shipping, postage is $10 for Standard Shipping, $18 for Express Shipping within Australia. Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure the delivery. If item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify you know it is been returned by the post office, and shipping fee must be paid in full by you before Au-Range Duty Free resends the item/s to you.

Au-Range Duty Free is not held liable for any loss, theft or damages in shipping. If any problems happen, please contact us. We would like help buyers to resolve the problems.

International order
We provide Air Mail parcel for international buyers. Postage varies by buyer location. Air mail takes about 10-20 working days to deliver, NO Tracking number. Au-Range Duty Free is not held liable for any loss, theft or damages in shipping. If you would like to choose other shipping method or have any questions or problems, please contact us. 

We understand that shopping online can be worrisome, but rest assured that your data is protected. We do not save our customers information and all purchases are encrypted.

Once you have checked out your order, you should receive an e-mail from PayPal or Stripe confirming your payment, followed by an e-mail from us acknowledging your order. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a couple of working days. Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order, along with an accompanying invoice.

You should have received an invoice in the order confirmation email that we sent you right after your payment was processed.
